The Fienkost Shop has moved to the new premises in Flensburg. Directly at Port Culinar, you can take our homemade products home with you straight after your visit. In addition to our own products, we also offer other regional producers. For example the cool products from Genusswerke Henes from Schleswig.
A little reminder at this point: Think about Christmas now. We would be happy to advise you or put together gift baskets for you. Also perfect as customer gifts.

How about a delicious Christmas duck on Christmas Eve? Preparation too stressful? Not at Port Culinar. You can pre-order a Christmas duck including side dishes from us!
All about duck:
Markeruper whole duck with apple and
Stuffed with winter vegetables. For 2-3 people 129€.
The duck is already pre-cooked and can be easily prepared using the enclosed instructions. After collection, the duck box can be stored in the refrigerator for 5 days and can therefore still be enjoyed after Christmas.
Simply until December 17th. Order online or by phone and on December 23rd. Pick up between 2 p.m. and 9 p.m.!
