Everything new in the port culinar? Not quite. We bring you back your beloved Viennese veal schnitzel. From now on every last Tuesday of the month we offer Schnitzel & Pearls. Delicious, soufflated, classic and crispy veal schnitzel with crunchy cucumber salad, fried potatoes, cranberries & homemade remoulade. Price: 32 € There are pearls. ... but what kind of pearls? In addition to the general drinks from our drinks card, we offer suitable @flens beach camp, alcohol -free or classic pils or a fine -spotted @moet or @ruinart champagne You decide! FIENKOST.SHOP The Fienkost Shop has moved to the new premises in Flensburg. Directly at Port Culinar, you can take our homemade products home with you straight after your visit. In addition to our own products, we also offer other regional producers. For example the cool products from Genusswerke Henes from Schleswig. DUCK.GOOD.ALL.GOOD How about a delicious Christmas duck on Christmas Eve? Preparation too stressful? Not at Port Culinar. You can pre-order a Christmas duck including side dishes from us! All about duck: Markeruper whole duck with apple and Stuffed with winter vegetables. For 2-3 people 129€. The duck is already pre-cooked and can be easily prepared using the enclosed instructions. After collection, the duck box can be stored in the refrigerator for 5 days and can therefore still be enjoyed after Christmas. Simply until December 17th. Order online or by phone and on December 23rd. Pick up between 2 p.m. and 9 p.m.! Important on December 23rd. We don't offer a la carte, just our cozy punch with small snacks! So save the date, come by and reserve your Christmas duck for less stress about food on Christmas Eve.
